Chef Molly's recipes use seasonal and fresh products, organic, sustainable and organic when possible. Our goal is to preserve the environment to the best of our ability. Our food is approachable in look, taste and ingredients, yet you can count on elegance and satisfaction. 

Chef Molly is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park New York, 2010-2011 President of ISES-OCC (International Special Event Society, Orange County), Founding Member and Member of the Education Committee for WIPA (Wedding Industry Professionals Association), Member of ICA (International Caterers Association) and Approved Vendor on California Green Pages. In addition Chef Molly enjoys giving lectures and demonstrations on cooking and entertaining. She is a regular contributor to food and event industry magazines
