The services and benefits we offer them are: 1) Determine and maintain the parameters of an overall budget2) Setting appointments and assisting with the choosing of venders, such as: Cater, Florist, Décor,Entertainment, Photographer, Videographer, Officiate, Baker3) Review of all contracts for completeness or omissions4) Provide constant communication with all the venders they select5) Assistance with invitations6) Help them understand costs and services and professional lingo7) Prepare schedule and itineraries for the venders.8) Be an advocate who works on their behalf to get the best services, quality, and price Wedding day Director Service 1) Make sure the Bride and her wedding party are comfortable2) Attend to any last minute needs ( I usually have what you need in my bridal emergency kit)3) Orchestrating and directing your rehearsal and ceremony, working side by side with the officiate and other venders4) Oversee all work done by all the venders for hire5) Anticipate problems before they arise and solve them6) Be mediator to run interference with venders and family members7) Be an independent third party who is a detached problem solver and not embroiled in family situations or emotional decisions8) Help bride and groom stay within there time-line 9) Roll out aisle runner, scatter flower petals, prepare ceremony details10) Light candles on tables and arrange place cards11) Arrange seating cards, guest book, favors, Etc.12) At conclusion of your wedding day collect guest book, cake knife, and personal items Though this list is, in no way, completely inclusive, it does give a very good description of the taskswe take care of as professional wedding coordinators.
