Cinderella Cakes

The cake turned out better then we thought and tasted very good. It was worth spending the extra money for the flavors we wanted. I just might buy my birthday cakes there.

The Cake was included in our venue package with Pacific Hills Banquet and Catering. I felt this was a great value as most of the venues we interviewed wanted to charge an outrageous cake price and if you saved on the cake price the cake cutting/service charge was more than the cake. The cake we selected was gorgeous, four square layers of different cakes with a double layer of rhinestones and black ribbon around each layer. The rhinestone initial on top was perfect. All the guests raved about how delicious the cake was and it was evident by the fact that there was not a bite left.

Great experience, super friendly and helpful. There was a bad moment when my order form was misplaced, but other than that everything went smoothly.

super pushy sales people. They completely ignore you when you don't sign the contract right then and there. They try to tell you you're 'just reserving the date' when they're really trying to get you to sign a contract and bind you to their services. They have delicious tasting cakes. Cinderella cakes was a great value because I got a special deal through my venue. The cake was delivered on time and in perfect condition. The cake design was flawless and they followed our specifications. They're a bit unorganized with the paperwork but things got sorted out when I was proactive and called them.

Cinderella Cakes are simply amazing! My husband and I received numerous compliments with our wedding cake. The flavors were delicious! We are very impressed with them! We look forward to ordering cakes from them for special occasions, even though we live 50+ miles away!

Our wedding cake was so absolutely gorgeous! We had the wonderful 3-tiered bamboo cake which I had adorned with white and yellow calla lilies and it was probably the most beautiful thing at my wedding. I couldn't believe the details. Our guests just adored looking at it and taking pictures of it and once we cut into it, the taste was unbelievable. Everyone went crazy for the Red Velvet tier and the Lemon tier especially! Cake was delicious. However, they were very late in delivery. Cake showed up just minutes before our yacht was to take off. This caused us a lot of worry and stress.

I had a particular look in mind for my cake. When they said that it was going to cost extra, they gave me other options for a similar look. The similar look was AWESOME. They were flexible and they worked with my budget. Although I didn't really have a slice of the cake, I was told that it was delish!I can't wait for my 1 year anniversary to get my anniversary cake and actually enjoy it!

You might find it a little tough to meet with the staff because of their limited hours and 'no appointment' policy (especially if you work full-time). the cake turned out exactly the way I envisioned. However, i asked them to create a base for our large cake toppers and before the reception started they fell off and broke. :( kind of a bummer, other than that the cake was great!

The cake was beautiful, and the people at the stores were very nice and helpful. However, everything came at a price. Even the smallest details came at a not so small markup. There was a $15 fee for tasting as well. What upset me the most was that after choosing to pay extra for raspberry bavarian filling, which was great at the tasting, it was awful at the wedding. There was barely any raspberry, at least in the piece I got. So all in all, I can\'t say I was a very satisfied customer.

I have to say selecting the cake was the easiest part of the wedding for us and it was because of Cinderella Cakes. Timorie helped us at the Anaheim showroom and she was a doll! She was very helpful in getting us different flavors to try and in showing us pictures of other wedding cakes to pick out the design. I got so many compliments from the guests at my wedding at how beautiful the cake was and how wonderful it tasted. Our cake was not the typical wedding cake. We wanted something really different and Cinderella Cakes did everything to make it perfect! Our cake not only tasted amazing but looked amazing!

After meeting with a few other bakerieis in Orange County, We walked into the RSM showroom of Cinerella Cakes on a Sunday! AMAZING that they were open on a Sunday! We were blown away at the tasting- and that was just the start. We then ordered a sample of 4 flavors that we wanted to "try" for out cake, and literally ate our hearts out. The cakes were light, fluffy, flavorfull and delicious. We ended up ordering cake for 175 people, 2 flavors. :) The cake was delivered on time, and was beautiful! Everyone ranted and raved about how yummy it was, and we even had enough for boxed up leftovers after the wedding was over (we planned for it!!!)The design was modern, the entire staff was easy to work with and I would highly reccommend using them for your special day! We met with Cinderella Cakes shortly after booking our venue (they were contracted through Pacific Hills Banquet and Catering) to choose the style of our cake as well as the preliminary flavors. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt taken care of and paid attention to. Their only concern is to make sure they make the most delicious and beautiful cake for your special day. After finalizing the style and flavors (after some extensive delicious tasting), we were set and didn't have to worry at all, everything was taken care of. They made sure to call a week before our wedding in order to confirm every small detail and we couldn't wait to see it the day of. On our big day, we couldn't believe how breathtakingly beautiful the cake was and we heard rave reviews from everyone there that it was incredibly moist and flavorful. Best of all, they will recreate the top layer for you on your first anniversary so you get to experience it all over again! Yum!! (ps our favorite flavor is the lemon cake with lemon cream cheese filling, OUT OF THIS WORLD)

Their cakes are amazing! I'm not a cake person so I took my sister-in-law and my niece and nephew. They let us try so many different flavors and had so many different kinds of displays which made it really easy to pick the perfect cake.

The ceremony and reception location used this company for my cake. I am so glad this was one of the options at my venue because the cake was amazing! We ordered a three tiered, white butter cream frosting cake with the following flavors: vanilla with gnash filling, marble with chocolate chip filling, and chocolate with vanilla filling. The guests raved about the cake's taste. My husband and I weren't able to eat all that was left over because we were an out of town couple about to jet set on our honeymoon, so I gave the remaining cake to my neighbors who loved it just as much. As for style, I was very limited in the budget and went with a standard round style with blue dots. My florist was really the one who jazzed up the cake and made it look like it cost a fortune. When it came to cake tasting, it wasn't really the best experience. There weren't many options to taste, and I was told to come back other days when those cakes were prepared. Being an out of town bride this wasn't going to be an option. I wish I was told this when I booked the tasting appointment or given more information to be aware that not everything on the menu is ready to be tested. The woman who helped us was the only one on staff that day and had many clients coming in wanting to pick up stuff or book. Needless to say we didn't get attentive customer service when we were at our appointment. Instead we flipped through books, had 3 cake tastings, and made a guess on what to order hoping what we picked would be a good combination. As for delivery, I had no issues and the cake didnt have any dings or dents from deliver. My florist had plenty of time to decorate the cake before the ceremony began. So my tip to brides is spring for the cake, but get something basic looking and ask you florist to make the cake look pretty. You're getting an amazing tasting cake and your guests will love you for it.

Working with Cinderella Cakes was fabulous - they were able to make me a great wedding cake and work within my budget to do it. Mike (owner), myself, and my husband designed it from scratch, and even when I decided to make some last minute adjustments, Timorie (owner) was more than happy to work with me and add in my design changes. The only issues I had were that on the day of my wedding when the cake was delivered - I got word from my wedding planner that the man who delivered the cake was not very professional and had a bad attitude - but I didn't see him/talk to him so I don't know who he was or what exactly was said/done. Also, my cake was supposed to be all butter cream, but it was all fondant instead - I'm assuming they made that change because of the heat and travel distance, which is fine, but I would like to have been notified in advance. However, the cake itself looked beautiful - even better than I had imagined. I'm pretty sure Beth was the main designer on the cake (at least that is what I was told ahead of time), and she did a fabulous job taking my idea and turning it into reality. I heard from all my guests that my cake tasted fabulous as well (I didn't get to try any...boo!) - but I can't wait for the anniversary cake so I can finally get some!Thanks Cinderella Cakes!
