We loved the service from beginning to end. The cake was delicious, we enjoyed it for several days. We are so glad we had their cake and look forward to getting our anniversary cake from them, which is such a sweet gesture. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was what we wanted

We were a bit disappointed with the design as they did not do what we wanted. The lemon filling flavor was great but the chocolate baileys that we ordered has no taste of baileys at all.
We had e-mailed Cinderella Cakes to let them know our review and how disappointed we were with the flavor that we ordered and that we could not taste the Baileys in the cake at all, it seemed like it was just a regular chocolate cake. We never heard back from them. I guess once they are paid they don't care.

Overall their cake for our wedding was great, although I wish they communicated a little more effectively. The cake tasting we did for a sample of our cake wasn't as sweet as the final one, which was a slight bummer, but overall it wasn't too noticeable. Everyone told me our cake was gorgeous, and I absolutely love the way it came out.

Cinderella Cakes made both our wedding cake and also, a wonderful custom groom cake for my husband. The extra cake was definitely NOT inexpensive, however, it turned out SO beautifully and I truly could not have asked for a better cake to surprise him with on our wedding day.
Also, the cakes were delicious :-)

I love my wedding cake!! I had a 4-tier wedding cake. I paid a little extra to get 2 tiers of the Red Velvet cake with cream cheese filling and 1 tier of the raspberry chambord filing white cake. The other tier is chocolate cake with coconut filling with no extra cost. They all tasted delicious! I brought them my own Swarovski crystal mesh banding to be used to decoration the base of each tier and they did a fantastic job decoration the cake with my request--chic and elegant. They even said that I don't have to save the top tier for our one year anniversary, but they will make a new individual cake for us (at no extra costs--* except special fresh fruit fillings or red velvet, those are a bit extra, but so worth it). What more can you ask for?

The cake turned out better then we thought and tasted very good. It was worth spending the extra money for the flavors we wanted. I just might buy my birthday cakes there.

The Cake was included in our venue package with Pacific Hills Banquet and Catering. I felt this was a great value as most of the venues we interviewed wanted to charge an outrageous cake price and if you saved on the cake price the cake cutting/service charge was more than the cake.
The cake we selected was gorgeous, four square layers of different cakes with a double layer of rhinestones and black ribbon around each layer. The rhinestone initial on top was perfect. All the guests raved about how delicious the cake was and it was evident by the fact that there was not a bite left.

super pushy sales people. They completely ignore you when you don't sign the contract right then and there. They try to tell you you're 'just reserving the date' when they're really trying to get you to sign a contract and bind you to their services. They have delicious tasting cakes. Cinderella cakes was a great value because I got a special deal through my venue. The cake was delivered on time and in perfect condition. The cake design was flawless and they followed our specifications. They're a bit unorganized with the paperwork but things got sorted out when I was proactive and called them.

Cinderella Cakes are simply amazing! My husband and I received numerous compliments with our wedding cake. The flavors were delicious! We are very impressed with them! We look forward to ordering cakes from them for special occasions, even though we live 50+ miles away!

Our wedding cake was so absolutely gorgeous! We had the wonderful 3-tiered bamboo cake which I had adorned with white and yellow calla lilies and it was probably the most beautiful thing at my wedding. I couldn't believe the details. Our guests just adored looking at it and taking pictures of it and once we cut into it, the taste was unbelievable. Everyone went crazy for the Red Velvet tier and the Lemon tier especially! Thank you so much for the amazingly gorgeous cake!!!!

Cake was delicious. However, they were very late in delivery. Cake showed up just minutes before our yacht was to take off. This caused us a lot of worry and stress.

I had a particular look in mind for my cake. When they said that it was going to cost extra, they gave me other options for a similar look. The similar look was AWESOME. They were flexible and they worked with my budget. Although I didn't really have a slice of the cake, I was told that it was delish!
I can't wait for my 1 year anniversary to get my anniversary cake and actually enjoy it!

You might find it a little tough to meet with the staff because of their limited hours and 'no appointment' policy (especially if you work full-time). the cake turned out exactly the way I envisioned. However, i asked them to create a base for our large cake toppers and before the reception started they fell off and broke. :( kind of a bummer, other than that the cake was great!

The cake was beautiful, and the people at the stores were very nice and helpful. However, everything came at a price. Even the smallest details came at a not so small markup. There was a $15 fee for tasting as well. What upset me the most was that after choosing to pay extra for raspberry bavarian filling, which was great at the tasting, it was awful at the wedding. There was barely any raspberry, at least in the piece I got. So all in all, I can\'t say I was a very satisfied customer.

I have to say selecting the cake was the easiest part of the wedding for us and it was because of Cinderella Cakes. Timorie helped us at the Anaheim showroom and she was a doll! She was very helpful in getting us different flavors to try and in showing us pictures of other wedding cakes to pick out the design. I got so many compliments from the guests at my wedding at how beautiful the cake was and how wonderful it tasted. I look forward to using you in the future!

Our cake was not the typical wedding cake. We wanted something really different and Cinderella Cakes did everything to make it perfect! Our cake not only tasted amazing but looked amazing!
