Colette's Catering provided the best wedding cake I have ever tasted... and I'm not just saying that because it was mine! Everyone I was in contact with was professional and so nice... and Colette designed our cake herself when we came in for consultation! The cake turned out exactly as promised - I would definitely recommend Colette's. The quality is definitely worth what you pay for!

We are repeat clients of Collette's. She catered my grandfather's wedding and I just had to have her for ours. Collette's Catering was hands down the best. Collette not only planned our menu and made our cake, she went above and beyond and helped with other aspects of the wedding that had nothing to do with the food. We are so grateful that she was there to help us through the planning process. Our food was AMAZING!! The appetizers were a hit with everyone. The plated dinner was fantastic and the desserts were incredible! We told Collette that we didn't care much about what our cake was, yet she still managed to make something that was right in line with what we were thinking. We wanted all different desserts and she came up with great ideas. We had a ton of different mini desserts and she even came up with the idea of a Hot Fudge Sundae Bar which was a total hit. Collette's staff was the best we have ever seen at any wedding. They were practically invisible when they were serving us, yet whenever we wanted something they were right there to help us and bring us anything we wanted. The bartenders were fantastic and so efficient in serving the ton of people we had. All of her staff were so polite and professional. We would recommend Collette's for everyone we know because nobody tops her food and service.

Colette's Catering is an absolutely amazing vendor. They provided me with catering for appetizers, dinner, and cake. The food was wonderful at the wedding. We had tri-tip with provolone potatoes and asian long beans. It was a great meal and my guests seemed to really enjoy it also since all of their plates were pretty much cleared off. Such great flavor and everything was so fresh. No complaints on the food at all. Colette's also did our wedding cake. One word... DELICIOUS. The cake goddess at Colette's made such a beautiful and delicious cake. It was so moist and flavorful. We had almond cake with raspberry preserves on the bottom tiers and lemon cake with raspberry custard on the top tiers with white chocolate cream cheese frosting that was so heavenly. I would have to give Colette's Catering a 10 out of 10 for all of the services that they provided me for my wedding. All of their staff is so helpful and so flexible, not to mention so wonderful to work with. Thank you so much for making our wedding day so delicious and special!

Colette's was very flexible with me and what I wanted to serve. They were very professional and did an amazing job...people loved the food, which was extremely important to me and my husband, and it tasted like it did when we did our individual tasting, so nothing changed even though they made if for over a 100 people.

The food was so great! The cake was too die for and I received so many compliments. My guests said it was the best food and cake they have ever had at a wedding.

Natalie Good was the main reason we booked our wedding at the Meridian Club! She is professional, caring and has excellent taste. We have recommended Colette's to all of our friends and family. They gave us the wedding of our dreams and an extremely affordable price. I can't wait to plan my next event with them!

We chose Colette's because they are the exclusive caterer for our reception site, the Muckenthaler Mansion and Cultural Center. Also, growing up in Brea/Fullerton, I knew Colette's was a great caterer from past events. They also did our wedding cake which was delicious and turned out just the way we wanted it. The cake was included in the package, so that was easy. One of our groomsmen was Vegan and they made a delicious plate up just for him. It was great because he was able to have a whole meal and not just scavange for fruit and veggies. All our guests really enjoyed the food and the service was great. My only complaint is that they took a long time to bring out the slices of cake once we had cut the cake. We didn't notice as we were having a great time dancing, but I heard later that some people never got to taste the cake. I highly recommend Colette's.

Made and delivered a beatifull ad very tasty cake. Also catered my wedding. good prices as well. the extra money for the serving staff was well worth it.

The food was terrific. There was more than enough for the entire reception. The staff was very professional. They melted into walls, or managed to disappear anytime any guest was walking by. They were the invisible people while getting all there work done and they did it well. Kudos to all of Collette's staff (and her).The cake was absolutely perfect. The bride has been a wedding cake baker for decades. Her cakes were always considered the best. Her comment about the presentation and the flavor was "Wow!" All the guests, and we agreed that the cake was absolutely the best. I can't wait for next year. I hope the cake survives the freezer! Our thanks to a wonderful and professional vendor!

We held our wedding at the beach front property, Pacific Edge Villa in Laguna Beach. Collettes Catering did an AMAZING JOB to give us our dream wedding on August 10, 2010! The food and cake was excellent, and what really impressed us was that our coordinators Sarah Katzka and Duane Greenleaf went out of their way to ensure everything ran smoothly during our event. When my dad (who has a huge sun allergy) forgot his hat at home, Duane ran out and got him a cool stylish hat that even matched his suit! He looked great when he walked me down the isle. ;) Sarah even helped my mom and sister to bustle my dress when they couldn't figure it out. Whatever issue arose, they deal with it accordingly and made sure that we enjoyed our day! The entire staff was very friendly and service minded, we could see our guests enjoying themselves and so were we! We are very happy that they were our caterers for our wedding and will definitely recommend them to everyone!!!

We were more than pleased with the food at our wedding. The appetizers were delicious and there was a large variety to choose from. The actual dinner itself was phenomenal and served to everyone at the table.

The Muckenthaler has that charm that most wedding venues are missing nowadays. We knew we didn't want to do the standard country-club wedding, and we wanted to have both the ceremony and reception at the same venue. The Muck provided us with that, along with a beautiful setting for our big day. The grounds make for a gorgeous wedding. We hosted the ceremony in their palm tree garden, dinner inside the art gallery, and dancing and cocktails outside on their patio. It was perfect for us. We got so many compliments from people about how beautiful everything was. And on top of that, they work exclusively with Colette's Catering, so they really have the process down. We trusted that everything would work out with them, and it was fabulous. Colette's food was absolutely delicious! We got so many compliments on our dinner...My only complaint there was that we'd actually ordered the beef with marsala sauce...and for some reason, it never arrived? It didn't matter much--no one noticed but the hubby and I. And the CAKE?! Their cake is AMAZING. Theresa--who is Colette's "Cake Goddess", totally understood exactly what we wanted for our cake, and she nailed it. We had song lyrics about love written all around our cake. She made it look so beautiful and professional--we were in LOVE with it. And then...we ate it! Which was equally awesome. The cake was so moise and perfect. We loved it--I will order cakes there in the future, for SURE!!

We used Colette's Catering because we wanted to get married at the Muckenthaler mansion in Fullerton and Colette is the only catering company that had a contract with that venue. The food was good and the cake was beautiful and tasty. They provided wedding planning as well and setted up the wedding site and reception sight beautifully. I was overall very happy with my experience with them.

Collette's team provided wonderful food and catering services for our wedding. Everyone raved about the food - especially the mashed potatoes :)The cake was tasty and looked beautiful - the only criticism is that i wanted a few fondant daisies on the edges and they ended up being hard frosting unrealistic - 1 dimensional flowers. The size, taste (most important), and shape of the cake was lovely. Loved the vanilla cake w/apricot filling.Staff was EXCELLENT!

My husband and I got married at Muckenthaler Mansion. From the minute we drove up and saw the mansion, we loved it! Beautiful place, inside and out. Guests enjoyed the art work inside. We had our ceremony in the Italian Garden, followed by cocktail hour on the patio, then a buffet dinner inside the gallery. Could not be happier with this location. Provided our ceremony chairs, linens, tables, flatware. Colette's has amazing food, all of our guests raved about dinner. Their presentation of dinner was elegant and not what I've seen in the past for buffets at weddings. Our cake was the most delicious cake I have ever tasted and the design they did was gorgeous. Our cake looked just like fondant but was just icing- helped to cut down on costs. Colette's staff is extremely friendly but can sometimes be disorganized. Keep all your notes, stay on top of things, get everything in writing!! Overall, was happy with their service, food presentation, food quality, and friendliness.

My wedding was held at the Muck this year (2010) First of all the food that Collete's provided was SUPERB! everyone loved the food-super tasty!! My brother - who's critical of EVERYTHING even loved the food!! The cake was AWESOME and teresa the cake goddess did and amazing amazing job!!!! The Service personnel that collette's hired was EXCELLENT!! VERY professional VERY attentive to the guests...all the guests commented that they felt very served!!! no lacking in water service, hors de vors service, and food service!!! The staff even took the time to bring me hors de vors while i was roaming about the grounds with my groom and the photographer taking pictures!!! I TOTALLY wasn't expecting that!!! With that said the sales rep handling my particular event (the "coordinator") was only so-so. However, my bridesmaids and I concluded that she must have been new as she seemed very green and slightly inexperienced. She was a very sweet and nice girl!! Super nice! But something seemed a little lacking....although im not quite sure what...perhaps I was expecting too much? But overall....Collette's is definately worth it!!

I was pleased with the catering services. The food and prep work was amazing, although it did seem a bit pricey in my opinion. I would work with them again as long as I better control my food budget.
