Davids Bridal

My dress was everthing I had wanted but majority of the employees at Davids Bridal were not my favorite. They were rude and seemed like they didnt want to be there. My consultant who I first met with was very nice but the other after that just seemed like they wanted to get me out of there. i would not reccomend you going to this location but hopefully other locations have nicer employees.

David's bridal is an exceptional company. They have beautiful gown and dresses for such an unbelievable price that many can afford. they will work with you and help you with any problem a bride may see. Their services are great and they are so kind to you!

I had a great experience at the Victorville David's Bridal. I made several appointments to try on bridal gowns and was really indecisive. They put up with me and were so sweet. I did not end up buying my wedding dress there but I did purchase my bridesmaid dresses there as well as two dresses for friends' weddings. They are professional. helpful and made the shopping experience pleasant. They also were great about exchanging a veil that I had been damaged in shipping.

Picking out the dress and getting it altered was a breeze. The value was also great and the service was amazing. I was able to fly with my dress and bring it to be steamed at the nearest location a few days before the ceremony free of charge.

They offered a good amount of help and were available to answer most questions.

I loved my dress and it was only $800!! The alterations department did a great job and were very helpful.

The first ladt to help me and my bridal party was extremely rude, however another woman came to help and got everything done pretty quick with us. The prices were pretty low, I got everything for about $700. Everything was on time for pick up and in good condition. I got a haulter dress so te straps had to be tightened. The seemstress did an excellent job. I had to order 2 ofmy bridesmaids dresses because they didn't have them in stock. I was told it would take about a month but they got there much sooner. One girl order her dress last minute and they had it there the next week.

The first time I went to David's Bridal I was very disappointed. I tried on three dresses and the manager on duty, I can't remember her name but I will update with it later, told me that I needed to pick my dress already because three dresses is too many and "I'm just seeing a blur of white". I was really upset because there aren't many dress stores up here so I went to the David's Bridal in Orange and they were extremely nice, professional, and helpful. I bought my dress at Orange but went back to Victorville for final fittings and with my bridesmaids to get their dresses. The second time around I made sure I didn't deal with the same person and Jamie was the nicest person I have ever met! If you go in request her because she was very helpful and amazing to work with!!! The cost I included was for my dress only...

Joanne at my local David's bridal in Victorville went above and beyond in her assistance. Herself, along with all the women that worked there provided customer quality service whether it was to me or to anyone within the wedding party. They treated each person with care and grace to ensure that they felt their needs were being met along with making them feel respected. Being able to provide customer quality service is hard to find now a days. So many people forget to treat their customer with care and respect and they will receive it in return. Everyone who saw me that day or my bridal party commented on how beautiful the dresses were. Thank you to Joanne and Corrine(seamstress) who made me feel like the most beautiful bride on my wedding day.

I had a pretty good experience with David's Bridal. They did a great job on my dress alterations and did it in a timely manner.

I made an appointment and planned on checking out their $99 wedding dresses the advertise. They were so nice, but I didn't feel like they were listening to what I was looking for. I never once saw a dress for $99.00 and they kept bringing me dresses I that were oppisite from what I was describing then offered to add and remove parts of the dress to turn it into the one I was looking for. Finally I had to just say I know which one I want to try can I just get it and try it on. It ended up being the one I bought. I recommend if you know what your looking for just be straight forward . It will save you a lot of time. They also try to sell you every accessorie possible. The prices are high so if your on a budget let them know.

I LOVED MY INVITATTIONS FROM DAVIDS BUT REGRET BUYING MY DRESS THERE !!!!!!!!!(The review reflects my in-store shopping not the on-line invitation order) The invitations I got were called "Estate" and they are absolutely beautiful !They are a flocked velvet backing and sturdy embossed card stock. And they are finished off witha shear ribbon bow on front ! The value was great (about $160.) and they looked better than invitations I've seen for over $800.00 ! I didn't even get to see a proof or anything, I just went off the picture on-line and went for it. I got them about 2 weeks after ordering, (and I thought they were going to take months!) and they when I got them I was amazed, everyone loved them ! I totally recommend using them for invitations. I called them and and talked to the office that does the invitations and they are totally nice and helpful un-like the ladies in the store . My cousin had their wedding a month before mine and they had a huge budget but my invitations blew theres out of the water !!!!!Now I did get my dress there as well...... When I went in I loved the girl that helped me, I picked out thedress of my dreams and I don't regret what I bought but when Iwent back to get my dress and all my fittings, I found out thatthe girl that helped me that I loved was no longer there and fromthen on I got TERRIBLE SERVICE ! I hate the ladies there, they arehorrible ! I total spent 3.000.00 with them and they were so rude ! I ended up not going through them for my Maid of Honorsdress because of the service I was getting !

I tried on every dress they had and finally ended up buying the one that the consultant suggested. I was very hesitant as I did not like the dress when it was on the hanger. However, with the gentle push to give it a chance, I tried it on. My consultants persistence not only got me into the perfect dress for my wedding, but also saved me alot of money as it was priced quite a bit less than the others that I was trying.

I made an appointment to get my dress altered, and somehow my appointment was lost. I'm not sure what happened, but when I showed up to get my dress altered a month before my wedding, there was no appointment in the books. The seamstress was really nice and fit me in. My dress came out exactly how I wanted it and right on time.
