I feel as though I owe it to Todd to write a review. I have never reviewed anything before, but again felt this was important. DJ's can make or break a wedding. The music and atmosphere that they provide is key to setting the tone of the party.
I can honestly say DJ Todd was UNREAL!! Several guests commented on how quickly the dance floor filled up, and how it stayed busy all night long. Todd is super easy to work with and everything he does is in your best interest. HE is very professional, knows his music, and has the best equipment money can buy. He even showed up in a very dapper Tuxedo for the reception.
My wife and I would recommend Todd for any venue without hesitation. We were married in a very swanky OC spot, and our DJ deff played the part.
Todd, THANK YOU for amking our night so much fun!!

Todd was an amazing dj! He made our wedding really fun and made sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it to be. He has great attention to detail and made sure all of our guests had a blast!

DJ Todd was awesome to work with! He was very professional, upbeat and organized. He has state of the art equipment (music and lighting) and set up my ceremony, cocktail hour and reception music for my wedding. I got so many compliments on what a great DJ he was. We told him what we liked and didn't like and he mixed the music perfectly. When a song wasn't getting people out on the dance floor, he quickly faded it out and switched it up. He is very responsive and I felt like we were in good hands. Also, visiting his studio was a very pleasant experience. I definitely recommend Todd!

Is there a word for "beyond perfect"? DJ Todd helped make our wedding even more amazing and truly "us" than ever imagined. My husband and I are VERY into music so selecting a DJ was not taken lightly. Todd knew and had all the songs and genres we wanted-- from Hawaiian slack key to latin jazz to our Irish recessional ditty to old school funk to good ol' Tom Waits. He has been in the biz for many years and knows OC venues and vendors like few others- and it shows. He is always smiling and in an upbeat, excitable mood, which was contagious! We could NOT have asked for a better team than DJ Todd and Essential Mobile Music. I am still smiling from ear to ear!!!

DJ Todd was amazing. Best DJ and emcee I have ever seen at any wedding. His online system helped us easily build our play list and special event songs (first dance, cake cutting, garter toss, etc). This was very helpful since we were planning our wedding from the other side of the country. Todd met with us the week before the wedding and went over the entire evening with us and played us samples of songs to make sure everything went just like we wanted. We also threw a last minute curveball at him with our introductions of the bridal party and he handled it like a pro. Todd was professional, full of energy, kept things moving, and artfully handled any requests or changes to the plan we threw at him. I would highly recommend him for any of your DJ needs.

Dj Todd was great to work with! He was very responsive and always available to help or ease any questions that I had. He truly has a gift-- he can keep the party going and everyone up on their feet. His music selection was flawless and I didnt even have to make countless pages of do-play and do-not play lists. He sat down, got to know us and knew exactly what we wanted and didnt want. He was very open to guests putting in requests and playing a few special songs at just the right moment. The wedding went off without a hitch and I know that DJ Todd was an integral part to that! After the wedding many friends commented on what a great party it was and I have DJ Todd to thank for his special part in that. Book Essential Mobile Music for your special day and you wont be disappointed-- it will also be one less thing that you'll have to worry about :)

Having a great DJ is SO important to the success of an event. Todd was absolutely perfect and very professional. Our dance floor was filled the entire reception-which is exactly what we wanted.

We could not have had a better experience with DJ Todd! He was extremely professional and very nice to work with. He played the perfect music to match the crowd and mood of our ceremony, dinner and dancing at the reception. Everyone danced the entire time. I cant say enough about what a great job Todd did for myself and my brides wedding . He is completely professional , has an open ear to what you exactly you want and offers great suggestions based on his years of experience.
He is way more than a DJ he is your Master of Ceremony . If you want someone to just spin records higher someone else. If you want someone w/ class , attention to detail , a musical background and someone that cares about your wedding then this is your guy. I would refer Todd to any and everyone thats getting married , wedding big or small - He's worth every cent.

DJ Todd did a great job at my daughter's wedding- very accommodating for all our needs and requests. He also did a great job monitoring the crowd and playing older/younger music as needed to get everyone dancing.

DJ Todd was amazing and very personable. He is very technology savvy. He brings a high level of professionalism, creativity and expertise to all of his events. He makes it so easy to plan a wedding with all of his forms online. He gave us a ton of excellent suggestions and really understands his audience. He put together an entertaining slide show for us which we requested. If you are looking for a non cheesy DJ that is an excellent speaker and comes with the latest, high tech equipment...DJ Todd is your man. He is a great MC. DJ Todd from Essential Mobile Music was the best DJ I've ever had at wedding or event. He's an incredible host and can read the crowd VERY well. When you hire him, he will customize your wedding day (or event) so perfectly you won't have to worry about a thing! He's very professional while being super personable and accommodating, and his equipment is all state of the art. Todd was instrumental in helping to make our daughter's wedding a wonderful event. He worked with what the bride wanted and his "gentle" suggestions were perfect. The dance floor was always full with dancers and the bride spent the reception dancing the night away.
Todd was great to work with; he is a professional and it shows.

DJ Todd is awesome!!!!
He played the music we wanted but also added other great songs that worked great with our wedding guests! He was helpful with suggestions for our wedding ceremony, cake cutting, grand entrance, etc.
Most importantly we were able to enjoy our day knowing DJ Todd had everything under control from set up to tear down!

I had my wedding this past Saturday July 9th and he was just amazing! He was very engaging and got my entire wedding going. He played songs that my husband and I liked and really made it our own. I would suggest him to my closest friends! He truly is just amazing!

DJ Todd is absolutely the best! He is personable, professional and fun! He knows what he is doing and if you want your wedding to flow and run smoothly he is your guy. He rocked the dance floor!
