Katherine was referred to us by a friend who told me and I quote "Having Katherine as our wedding planner was by far the best money we spent on the wedding". I thought with a referral like that we had to interview her along with a few others. Now that the wedding is over we have to agree with my friend's review. Katherine is a wonderful wedding planner and was the best money we spent! She is extremely organized and very knowledgeable about the whole process. Katherine is also very responsive and flexible. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Katherine did a fantastic job planning and coordinating our wedding of approximately 180 guests. She really exceeded our expectations and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any of our friends and family. She was always prompt, courteous, and extremely professional. Katherine also got along extremely well with everyone including our parents, the hotel catering manager, various vendors, etc. Katherine's wedding timeline flowed perfectly and she easily took care of last minute changes with our vendors. We actually found most of our vendors on our own, but the one's Katherine recommended were great too. Considering the quality of the service she provided, the price she charged was more than reasonable. If I could give Katherine and her team 6 out of 5 Stars I would, she's that good !

Katherine was such a great help for our wedding and wonderful to work with. My husband and I debated whether we really needed a day of coordinator and I'm so glad we hired Katherine! She kept our planning on track and was so responsive to all of our questions. I thought we had everything together and her consultations made me realize we had missed so many little details. However, by the end of our last consultation I was so much more relaxed and felt so prepared. She took care of everything at the rehearsal and it was great to sit back and let her take charge. Our wedding day was amazing! My husbnad and I truly enjoyed our day knowing that Katherine would take care of everything. She kept our wedding party in line and was amazing with our other vendors. Brides, you do need a coordinator and Katherine will be a perfect fit.

I got married a few weeks ago in San Clemente and my entire wedding went exactly as planned. I loved every single second of it and I have to thank Katherine and her assistant because they took care of everything for me. All I did was show up and enjoy! I am a control freak and extremely organized, so I wanted to make sure my coordinator would be as meticulous and organized as me. After my first meeting with Katherine I knew she was even more organized and the perfect person to bring every little detail together on my day. She is extremely professional, she listened carefully to what I wanted and then made me aware of dozens of things I had not even considered. After each meeting Katherine would provide me with a recap of all the things we needed to do and all the ones we had done. On our wedding day everything went perfectly. I truly did not have to worry about a thing. My fiancé told me later that before I arrived to our reception site he saw Katherine fixing quite a few things that were not going as planned. She was able to find a solution on the spot and work with the vendors to fix things that were not going as I wanted. Through the entire process, Katherine remained very calmed and you can really tell she enjoys the craziness it is to plan a wedding. While she always has a smile in her face and a very pleasant personality, she is also strong enough to manage the vendors and guests with grace.

Anyone looking for an AMAZING wedding planner--look no further, Katherine is your girl! I recently got married and Katherine was our wedding "day-of" coordinator. I was blown away at what an amazing job she did for us. I never had to worry about anything because Katherine always had it handled. She also helped guide me during the planning process reminding me of the “little” things brides forget; all the while reassuring me not to worry the day of because she would have it all handled and she DID! I can’t thank her enough for making my wedding run so smoothly and her dedication to me in the last couple weeks of planning. Hands-down, the best sanity-saving decision I made was to contact Events by Katherine. Not only is she polished, professional and incredibly detail-oriented, she is also friendly and happy to accommodate special requests to make your day truly unique. From suggesting a creative alternative to sand pouring or candle-lighting during the ceremony, to setting up over 100 unalphabetized escort cards, she leaves no stone unturned when it comes to producing a flawless event. She coordinated with all my other vendors to make sure everything went smoothly according to the itinerary she prepared for my special day and was a point of contact from them throughout the evening as well. I really can't say enough great things about Katherine. I only wish I would have hired her earlier! Brides, do yourselves a favor and call Events by Katherine!

I don't know what I would have done without Katherine, because of her our wedding day went incredibly smoothly - if there were problems I did not know about them because she was always on top of everything. She even came prepared with her bridal "tackle box" and fixed my dress with some fashion tape. Not only is Katherine great at what she does, it is also very evident that she loves what she does! I highly recommend events by Katherine!

Katherine is very organized and detail-oriented. We hired her as our wedding day coordinator, but she really starts helping you with the timeline and logistics a couple of months in advance. Katherine took a lot of stress off my mom and I as she re-confirmed all details with our vendors, gave everyone a very detailed timeline, helped setup the reception, and made sure everything ran smoothly during the event. We didn't have to worry about a thing during our "big day" since we had confidence that Katherine would handle any mishaps, and everything went perfectly! Would recommend her without any hesitations.

I hired Katherine as Day Of Coordinator. She was marvelous. From coordinating the rehearsal,creating timelines, answering emails and finally handling the big event. Her calmness and professionalism and the way she ran everything helped make my daughters wedding wonderful.

Kathrine was amazing! I could not have done it without her. There are so many things I would never have thought of without her. The night before the wedding as we were setting up there were several things I forgot, including napkins and dessert plates. Even thought it was already late and she had a far drive home and had to be back early in the morning, she got up even early to stop by Party City and pick up what we needed. She bent over backwards and sideways to make sure that I could stand up straight. I can't think of a single complaint.

Katherine was a fantastic help prior to our wedding, especially the last couple of days, at our rehearsal and on the big day. While I was at the spa that morning Katherine found out my Dad did not know how to dance and gave him a ballroom dance lesson right on the spot! She was creative and resourceful which was so helpful.

Katherine did a wonderful job helping me plan my daughter's wedding. It took so much of the stress off of me knowing that she could handle the running of the rehearsal, advising everyone what to do and making sure everything ran smoothly on the wedding day. i highly recommend her, she is very professional and very organized.

I was looking for someone to help with the planning of our wedding. I am a person who needs organization and structure. Without it, I lose my mind. I am also not a creative bride and I am terrible at envisioning outcomes. I really needed the direction of a professional to let me know what needed to be done, when it needed to be done to keep my mind at ease. That's when I went online for my search for a wedding planner. I interviewed 2 other planners at twice the cost and then I found Katherine. Once I found Katherine, we met, I loved her and she immediately began pulling thoughts and ideas together. We used Katherine's preferred vendors, all of whom were very professional and kind. Everyone did a fabulous job. Additionally, my husband was very opinionated in certain aspects of the planning and at times he could be very abrasive and demanding. Katherine handled his overbearing temperment with the utmost professionalism and always went the extra mile to be accomodating. Katherine always made herself available when it was most convenient for us and she would drive out to our area for meetings. On the day of our wedding (9-10-11), Katherine was the first to arrive and the last one to leave. Katherine kept everything on track and orderly. The day/evening flowed absolutely wonderfully. If I were to ever need another event planned, I would definitely use Katherine again.
