I hired Jason G. about nine months before my wedding. When I met with him I felt like we clicked and he kept contacting me urging me to sign the contract and move forward with him ! As soon as I gave the deposit and signed the contract, the calls and responses stopped. Jason promised things that he did not follow through with. On the day of my wedding , HE DID NOT SHOW UP!!! NO PHONE CALL, NO EMAIL.... nothing !! He had talked to my wedding planner the night before and said he was ready for my wedding the next day. An inexperienced "videographer"came and filmed my wedding! The contract stated that I would have 2 videographers there the entire day and I only got ONE! I emailed him from my honeymoon the next day and he told me that he was sorry , but he was sick!! But he was fine the night before??!! I was given a refund, but it WILL NEVER EVER make up for his lies and unprofessionalism that Jason displayed!! This was our wedding day and I CAN NEVER GET THESE MEMORIES BACK FROM THE MOST IMPORTANT DAY OF OUR LIVES! To top things offf, the video was absolutely awful and unprofessional. It was shaky and not the quality I was promised !! Do not book Garner Films to capture the most important day of your life! You will regret it!He must have gotten several horrible reviews or he wouldn't have changed his name from Garner Films to Crescent Bay Films! Check out Garner Films in Anaheim too!

Where to begin...Although I think Jason's finished work turns out very well and he was very friendly and informative during phone conversations, I was quite upset with our work. IF you intend to hire JASON, I suggest that you ensure that it will be him that shows up on your wedding day. Jason never informed me that he would not personally be the one to film at our wedding. I was flabbergasted when the person who did show up brought along his spouse and was showing her how to use a camera while we were preparing. Even my photographer commented on the videographer's comments and questions. I even e-mailed Jason from the airport on the way to our honeymoon the day after to inform him of my worry. I wanted to see the highlights as soon as possible and hoped that because I seemed worried Jason would get them done as quickly as possible. Especially since it seems he can complete highlights within a day...but I didn't get it until almost 3 months after my wedding! I would like to be very honest and say the work that was complete, was very good. I wouldn't say it's one of the better videos of his that I've seen but it's good nonetheless.Ultimately, the work was pretty good. But my suggestions would be you ask Jason if he plans on showing up and how long exactly it will take to get your video and write it all down for your own records.

Jason Garner was absolutely phenomenal from the moment I first contacted him. I was very particular about selecting the right videographer for our big day and contacted him with a lengthy list of questions in front of me. He answered everything wonderfully, giving me a lot of assurance. Throughout the process he was very professional, courteous, and prompt. On the day of the wedding he arrived on time with his assistant, Michael, and went above and beyond helping out as I scrambled around the morning of our wedding. Jason and Michael fit right in with the crowd, and I never "noticed" them during the ceremony or reception. After the wedding, I received the trailer within the week and was absolutely stunned at how beautiful it came out. I am awaiting the full-length video but feel positive it was be just as wonderful as everything else has been with Jason Garner as my videographer. Jason Garner has immense talent and surpassed my expectations on all fronts. I could not have been happier with my choice!

Working with Jason was not only easy, but what every bride dreams: stress free. He is able to take one more item off your to-do list and you don't have to worry that it will be done properly. He really listened to what we angle we were going for in our video and turned it into the most perfect montage of our wedding day. The entire 8 1/2 minute video encapsulates our special day to perfection. People that couldn't make it felt as if they had been there. I can't begin to tell you how many tears were shed by many viewing this video, and I am not exaggerating. I have people to this day telling me they watched our video AGAIN! It goes without saying, I HIGHLY recommend him and the second I need a videographer there will be no hint of hesitation that I will call him immediately.THANK YOU JASON!!

At first my Husband and I didn’t want to book a Videographer because we were on a tight budget. We both funded the wedding ourselves, long story short we decided to book a Videographer because we knew our wedding day would go by so fast and wanted to be able to relive our wedding. Ladies Pictures are great but a video of your wedding is priceless. Jason is such an amazing person! I don’t even know where to begin in complementing him! He is so genuine and honest. We felt a bond and decided to book him. He was so professional during the day of our wedding, and extremely patient. Sincerely speaking I do not think we could have booked a better Videographer! So far we’ve seen the highlight "movie trailer" video and our first dance video clip and, OMG we are so impressed with his video editing! Jason is truly an artist and knows his job very well. Simply breathtaking Hollywood movie style video! Brides and Grooms do yourself a favor and book Jason from Garner Films!

Jason did an amazing job. I never noticed him in front of me the wedding day, which is a good thing, but he still seemed to get all the perfect shots of every event. He also had a preview montage for us to view within 3 days of the wedding! The preview video is the best I've seen. Great job!!!!

Jason did a wonderful job with our wedding. He had a wonderful highlight video of our wedding to us the day after the wedding. The full video came shortly after and was equally good. He was VERY easy to work with and provided great service at a reasonable price. I would recommend him for any wedding or any other special occasion.
