Pam was very responsive every time I emailed her. I never felt like I was a burden and I made A LOT of changes several times. She was willing to work with me and my every request. Every single guest told me how wonderful the food was! My husband and I thought it tasted better than we remembered at our tasting. Pam made me feel stress free throughout the whole process and i never had to worry about how things were going on the day of my wedding. It was perfect!

Pam Aki and Summit was the best Vendor/Caterer to work with. They are very professional and organized. Pam was such a help to me with issues that came up and also working with me on some extra linens I rented from a company out of state. She was always available for me when I needed her and she was very responsive via phone or e-mail. At my initial tasting I knew I wanted to go with Summit Catering and when I saw how flexible they are with working around your budget and helping you keep within your budget that was an even bigger plus.For rentals and a bar company they use outside companies so the only downfall is you have to pay those companies so it just makes it a little more difficult having to deal with 2 extra vendors as opposed to having it all in one through Summit. But both companies Signature(Rentals) and Sunseris(Bar Company) were both very professional as well and also worked with us on our budget.I have had so many compliments on how professional the servers/bartenders were and how wonderful the food tasted from the salad, to the carved beef and mashed potatoes all the way to the tray passed hors d'oeuvres and the veggie and cheese display.I would definitely recommend Pam Aki and Summit Catering for your wedding!Thanks again for everything Pam!Andrea & Jeremy Harper

We highly recommend Summit based on our experience with them for our wedding! The food was amazing, perfectly cooked and juicy steaks and customized to match exactly what we were looking for. (and I'm a judgemental taster...) And just as importantly, a very good value. Service at our event was very professional and friendly, and they worked hard to keep us on our timeline. We talked with a lot if caterers in the area and this was the only one to really listen to us, our requests, and pull together a menu and service that we felt was ours. Veronica went above and beyond to make it all work, and was such a sweetheart through the whole process! For a business that does such large and prestigious events, it's a very pleasant surprise to be treated with as much individualized attention as we got. They're a very busy group, but still somehow manage to make everyone feel like their event is important.Excellent food, individualized service, and a pleasure to work with. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I were completely in awe of how our wedding turned out! It was everything we hoped for and more! And we truly couldn't have done it without the help of Veronica Medrano. She went above and beyond for us: from organizing our wedding party at our rehearsal to helping my sister with the corset on my dress! We had SO many compliments on the food, the service was amazing and Veronica worked to make sure we kept the cost down. We even had a guest tell us they were going to call her to do their wedding! There are no words to express our gratitude towards Veronica and Summit Event Catering. My advice to future brides is to call Veronica! I will be calling her for all of our future events!

I recently utilized Summit Event Catering for my modest and modern, yet traditional Mexican wedding. The catering service was completely wonderful in the planning and execution of our wedding. Veronica Medrano's (Event Specialist) work is impeccable and innovative. Our theme was a mix of a modern and traditional Mexican wedding. My husband and I are first-generation Americans of Mexican decent and were looking to plan a wedding that would combine our Mexican traditions and American upbringing and Veronica made this idea come true. We could not have asked for a more perfect vendor-customer relationship-- her professionalism, innovation ideas, and attention to detail made our dream wedding a reality. In addition, her mindfulness of our modest budget sealed the deal! We highly recommend Summit Event Catering for your wedding.

Pam Aki at Summit was wonderful! Easy to work with and very helpful in making recommendations for any additional items that we needed (rentals, music, flowers, etc). The food was amazing and incredibly affordable. Go with Summit - they rock.

Pam and Summit Catering were a pleasure to work with for our wedding. They were a referral from our venue...I got a few quotes for our wedding (as you do) and Pam was so kind and very prompt with her emails and phone calls. In person she's even better, shes the kind of person you just want to hug at then end of a conversation. You feel as if you are their only customer, very personable! And the food, delish! We were able to customize our menu to exactly what we wanted and had such great feedback from our family and friends on the day of! Everyone left full, which is awesome!

Summit Catering and Pam Aki helped make my daughter's wedding a very special event. From the first time I contacted them, I felt like we were the only customers they had. Pam was incredible with working within my budget and going above and beyond in the support she provided for us through the entire process. The food was delicious! Everyone at the wedding raved about the food and the service that was provided. The staff was totally professional and personable. They were also available whenever I had a question or needed something. The bridal party were especially appreciative of the appetizers that were brought to them while waiting to take pictures. My personal favorite of the appetizers were the stuffed mushrooms! Scrumptious! I have nothing but the highest praise and thanks to Summit and Pam. I would highly recommend them for any event that you will need a caterer for.

Pam at summit events did an amazing job at coordinating all the details for our wedding. She was super friendly and always willing to pass on great suggestions and recommended other vendors to save money. Joey and I were married on April 17, 2010. Summit Catering handled our reception. We can not rate them highly enough. Our guests were so impressed with the quality of food, service, and organization. We did not have to worry about any concerns, as the few that did occur were handled by the coordinator. Pam Aki was the event planner and did an outstanding job. We could not have asked for anything nicer. Summit Catering helped to make our day a very special one. I hired Summit for my wedding reception back in June 6, 2009. From start to finish, my experience with Summit is nothing short of amazing. Pam was a wonderful and very helpful coordinator. She was a little difficult to schedule with for a tasting because of her injury but the tasting was absolutely perfect. Although some of the things we requested during the tasting were not executed on the actual wedding day, the food was beyond yummy and all of my guests were happy and full. The staff was presentable and on hand at all times. As far as I knew everything went really well!

Summit Events was such a pleasure to work with. I had looked into other caterers before them, and the others seemed like used car salesmen, calling me waaaay to much to follow up. Pamela just called me once, and invited me to a party they were throwing. I went and that day I was sold. The food was so delicious, and the presentation was beautiful. Not only that, but Pam was so friendly, and seemed genuinely happy for me.Summit was very detailed, organized, and thorough, and went beyond the service that I paid for. They let me borrow a canopy for my musicians to have shade at no extra charge, and also coordinated with the rental vendors on my behalf. The service on the night was great too. I couldn't have been happier.

Pam worked so well within my budget. She got me exactly what I wanted for the price i was asking. The food and decor was amazing!! They set up and tore down in record time and helped me so much with my rentals. She eased all my concerns all the way up to the day before my wedding. Pam was a joy to work with and I highly reccommend this company for all your catering needs
